The Hair-raising Potion was first taught by Professor Doyle Branxton sometime during the 2057 - 2058 school year in Potions Class. Many years later, Professor Reynard Bontecou revisited the potion and put his own personal spin on it. You must allow the potion to cool before applying. Do NOT ingest.

Branxton Brew

A potion which can be used to increase the amount of hair one has. It can be used on any body part or on inanimate objects.

Ingredients

  • water (500mL)
  • algae (10 g)
  • dirt (10 g)
  • grass (20, 6 inch blades)
  • rat tails (5, sliced)
  • earthworms (5, sliced)
  • peanut butter (5 tablespoons)

Directions

  • set water to boil
  • add algae then, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir 20 times, clockwise
  • add dirt then, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir 20 times, clockwise
  • add grass then, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir 20 times, clockwise
  • allow to boil for 10 minutes
  • add rat tails then, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir 20 times, clockwise
  • add earthworms then, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir 20 times, clockwise
  • allow to boil for 10 minutes


Bontecou Brew

The Hair Raising Potion makes your hair stand on end.

Ingredients

  • Water, boiling (200 mL)
  • Rat tails, sliced (2)
  • Billy wig stings, crushed (2)
  • Spider legs (24)

Directions

  • Bring water to a boil & crush billy wig stings.
  • Add billy wig stings and spider legs and stew for 15 minutes.
  • Add rat tail slices and continue to stew for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and cool before spritzing on hair.
