These spells were first taught in Term 32 by Transfiguration Professor Isabelle Magnus. The spells allow the caster to turn objects into an article of clothing. During the class, students used rubbish bags and paper plates to create their bespelled creations. The complexity of the clothing article and quality of fabric depend upon the skill and concentration of the caster.
The spell does not work on metal objects.
Incantation[]
To create a shirt or blouse, the incantation is Summus Vestis. The wand movement is the shape of a Z in front of the object being bespelled. The caster should focus on the article to be created as they cast.
To create a pair of trousers, skirt, or other bottom article of clothing, the incantation is Summitto Vestis. The wand movement is an upside down V.
To create shoes, the incantation is Pedestis. The wand movement is a tap to the object being changed.
The reversal spell is Reverto.
